I cannot believe I found this info. I had no idea how to do anything with my Econominder 5600 except manually turning the knob, even with the service manual. I didn't even know how to check anything. I now can do it myself and know which areas need to be replaced.

The company that installed my system used to charge $125 to install this kit. What a breeze! It took me an my wife about 10 minutes to do it. Twice as long in the video but it was our first time. Definately well worth the time. Thanks.

Thanks to your information and video I was able to fix my Fleck 5600 easily. My local dealer told me I needed to bring the valve assembly in to him to fix and that it required special tools.I did buy the parts from him because I was in a hurry, but he charged almost twice as much, and next time I will order them from you. Thanks

I just got my Fleck 5600 softener installed 2 months ago and noticed it doesn't regenerate. My investigation shows the white dot dial is rotating "clockwise" when I used water instead of going counter clockwise to zero as your video depicted. What is the problem and how can I resolve it. Thanks!

*** You have plumbed the water lines ( Inlet and Outlet ) BACKWARDS.

Being a twenty five year diesel mechanic and overall fix it guy, I have to say this company and it's site is one of the most informative, helpful and best put together sites I have ever seen. Congradulations on You're ethics and the availability of You're part numbers and cross over numbers. I will defineately tell everyone and anyone who has a problem with they're softener to contact You.I am helping a 70 year old widow (on a fixed income) who lives next door, She called me and asked Me if I could take a look at her softner since the repair company that came out told Her she needed a new softner for only $850.00 they would get Her up and running just like that(How sweet, and the service call was $95.00). I went over and found the motor not spinning, checked voltage and had current. Found this wonderful site and the exact replacement motor and saved her!(well you do the math) $850.00 compared to $32.95.(she unfortuneately lost the $95.00 for the service call, but fear not.My Mother made me pay that.Bless Her) God Bless and keep up the good work. And Sally say's thank You too.(71 in january) Greg from minnesota.

Great information. The video really helps how parts come apart and go together. Tips are given beyond what's in the rebuild instruction list.

Excellent! I saw your video which showed how easy it was. So I ordered the kit and when it came I re-watched the video and rebuilt the head just like the video showed. That is the best DIY video I have ever seen.

Great video, especially the part about the brine valve seal and what will happen if it’s not seated completely. Yes I had the leak until I opened it back up and reseated the seal inside. Thanks
